Meroë

Meroë works a refined, tactile wardrobe built on fabric — cashmere-merino is the recurring material, turning up in a double-breasted trench, a worker-style jacket and belted unisex coats. Around the outerwear sit fluid pieces like the Whisper Knot dress and a kimono, plus knitwear and the odd oversized knit bag. The palette is quiet and the cuts are relaxed and considered rather than sharp — clothes meant to be lived in. The range is unusually wide, EGP 60 for a small knit up to around 14,000 for a full cashmere coat.
