Make a privacy request
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and we extend them to everyone who uses eshtery rather than checking where you live first.
We answer within 45 days, and usually much sooner. It costs nothing, and asking will never change how we treat you as a customer.
The form is not accepting requests on this site yet. Email privacy@eshtery.com and tell us what you would like us to do.
That is a valid way to make the request — the same rights apply and the same 45-day clock starts when your email arrives.
Why we ask you to confirm by email
Otherwise anyone could type your address and have your order history sent to them, or have it deleted. The confirmation link is how we know the request is yours. It works once and expires after 72 hours.
Other ways to reach us
If you cannot use this form — including if you no longer have access to the email address you used with us — write to privacy@eshtery.com and we will find another way to verify who you are.
You may also use an authorized agent. They will need your signed permission, and we may still ask you to confirm directly.
Advertising is a separate switch
To stop advertising sharing you do not need to make a request and wait — turn it off yourself on Your Privacy Choices, or browse with Global Privacy Control enabled and we will honor it automatically.
