EDITOR'S NOTE

Hadia Ghaleb has been building a burkini label out of Egypt with a logic that most modest swimwear brands don't attempt: family packaging as a product category, not a promotion. The five-piece bundles — shayla, wrap, and base pieces sold together at a fixed discount — mean the brand moves coordinated units rather than separates, which is a different commercial posture entirely. The prints are the loudest thing about the line: the Marmo and Leo colorways read pool-side rather than apologetic, which is the point. Price range runs from AED 59 accessories up to AED 3,627 for full packages, covering a wider spend bracket than the resort-market positioning would suggest. The Shayla silhouette — a draped hood-and-cover cut — is the piece that distinguishes the label from standard rash-guard configurations.
